Set up may begin at 8 am Saturday and must be completed no later than 11:00am. All crafters and vendors need to remain set up and operational until the festival ends SATURDAY evening. All applications will be reviewed. Please provide a photo of your work/booth. Vendors and crafters must provide their own table, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth space. No electricity is available and generators are not allowed. Applications and payment can be completed online: Register. The committee reserves the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted your money will be refunded. However, no refund of the application fee will be made once you have been accepted to vend at the Tune Balloons BBQ and Crafts festival. Any photos taken of your booth on site and your responses to questions in the application become the property of Smoky Mountain Promotions
